Judge Viola Taliaferro

Monroe County's first African American judge, Viola Taliaferro, sits down with WFIU's Bob Willard to talk about her life and work in the Bloomington community.

Judge Viola Taliaferro is a retired Monroe County Circuit-Court judge. In addition to her work in Monroe County, she served as an adviser to former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno and as a member of the National Research Council on Juvenile Crime. Judge Taliaferro spoke with Bob Willard.

The real Judge Taliaferro is a mean spirited old woman who treats her family like they are members  concentration camp.  She masks her disdain and insecurities behind the guise of a dedicated public servant.  I am not sure how she can honestly serve the public when she has no compassion or understanding for her own family.
