Love is in the Air at the Terre Haute Symphony

Violinist Susie Park talks about her career and tells WFIU’s George Walker that she was rejected from violin lessons when she was two, but started just a year later. Park is pleased that she has more than just the one big concerto to play with the Terre Haute Symphony and is happy that she’ll actually appear before intermission with music of Dvorak and Saint-Saëns and then be back afterwords for music of Sarasate.

George Walker

After completing an M.A.T. degree in English at Indiana University, George Walker began announcing for WFIU in 1967. Along with regularly hosting classical music shows, he interviews artists and reviews plays and operas.
