It's hard to think of modern pinball as controversial in any fashion. But for decades, cities across the country saw it as a hotbed of gambling and an easy way to corrupt the youth.
Indiana was no different. In Kokomo, city leaders passed an ordinance banning pinball outright, and breaking that law could leave you with a nasty fine and some jail time.
