I Hear Music: Songs About Songwriting

There's an old adage that says "write what you know." And as I've dug through the songs of the Great American Songbook, I've noticed that bit of creative advice must have rung especially true for songwriters. Many of the great popular songs of the 20th century have to do with the art of songwriting itself. So this week on the program, I'll be highlighting those songs about music, including "The Music Goes Round and Round," "I Let A Song Go Out Of My Heart," "Without A Song," "You Keep Coming Back Like A Song," and "Stardust"
