Diminuito

Rolf Lislevand and his band have created a unique approach to Early Music. You might even call it a kind of cross over blend of world and early genres. Nevertheless, their perspective is excellently delivered, always with intensity at once energetic and poetic. Lislevand’s imagination clearly has no bounds.

Nuove Musiche

Like his most recent, Lislevand’s “Nuove Musiche” is worth listening to for its special approach. He incorporates and brings together old and new instruments to create sonorities not often heard in early music. If anyone is pushing the boundaries and producing excellent recordings, it’s Lislevand.
