Dean Sluyter has taught nonsectarian meditation for more than thirty years and developed one of the most successful classroom meditation programs in the United States. His books include "The Zen Commandments: Ten Suggestions for a Life of Inner Freedom." He teaches a practical form of meditation and is known for his clarity, warmth and humor.
