Schumann's 1851 version of Bach's Saint John Passion

In 1851 Robert Schumann created a new edition of Johann Sebastian Bach's "Saint John Passion." This version was recently recorded by Hermann Max directing Das Kleine Konzert, and the Rhenish Cantorei for the CPO record label.
