This is a quick and easy favorite of ours when you want something sweet but no too over indulgent.

4 cup Almond meal
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
3oz vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1# bittersweet chocolate
256g smooth natural peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Foil and spray a quarter sheet pan (9x13 pan will work too)
2. Mix crust, evenly press down and bake 10 minutes at 375F
3. Melt chocolate and Peanut Butter over a double boiler, spread over a slightly cooled crust
4. Top with maldon salt and cocoa nibs
5. Cool in fridge until set
