Episode 99 - Discussing The Essential Digital Restoration Series
On this week's episode, we're discussing the Essential Digital Restoration series playing at the IU Cinema this semester. This series contains classic films which have been recently restored including Casablanca, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Grand Illusion, From Here To Eternity, and Grand Illusion.
Jason is out this week, but Sarah fills in and is talking about some Humphrey Bogart films, while Andy is discussing a few things at the Cinema and Craig gives our first review of The Master.
We then discuss the Essential Digital Restoration Series. We discuss aspects of film vs digital, and then discuss each film in turn.
Be sure to come to the Cinema for Casablanca, as Jason and Andy will be introducing the film, and will be doing a live episode on the Cinema stage with CMCL grad Will Schiebel.
Enjoy the episode, and come see us at the Cinema on October 4th at 7pm.
