Episode 52 - Reviewing The 2011 Toronto Film Festival
On this week's episode, we discuss the Toronto Film Festival, as well as the Heartland Film Fest coming up October 13-22 in Indianapolis. We also celebrate this podcast's one year anniversary.
We start out with the origin story of the podcast: how we came to be. We then move into What Have You Seen Lately. Jason and Andy discuss Seconds, the latest film from the City Lights series. We also spend a good amount of time talking about the new Joseph Gordon-Levitt/Seth Rogen film, 50/50.
Jon discusses the films he saw at Toronto. He didn't get to spend as much time there as he wanted, but got a lot of good films in. We also spend a bit of time on Netflix's new direction.
