I love it on beets and in borscht. Try it on roasted venison or vegetarian goulash. It is also nice as a sprinkle on your stuffed picnic eggs.
Hungarian paprika can step in if you don't have time to make this blend. Also try smoky and spicy smoked Spanish paprika. It rocks.
