
The always awesome Atlantic Monthly Food section posted a small, but great opinion piece that questioned the United States' reasoning for not disclosing genetically modified ingredients on the packages of our food products.
The piece points out that in Europe, this information is disclosed on food labels just like nutritional facts and no one seems to have the slightest problem with it.
American company Hershey even does it for their candy bars over there, but not over here.
