Seasons 1 and 2 now streaming
If “Downton Abbey” is your favorite series, don’t miss its predecessor, “Upstairs, Downstairs.” There’s no story connection, but it’s the same concept at a 1930s London townhouse with glamorous lives and stories happening upstairs and beloved characters running the home from downstairs. “Upstairs, Downstairs” is a revival of the iconic ‘70s series of the same name, and the full two seasons are now available to stream for members with access to WTIU PBS Passport.
Hotel Portofino

Escape to the Italian Riviera for drama and mystery with “Hotel Portofino.” It’s set in the breathtakingly beautiful resort town of Portofino in the aftermath of World War I. You’ll experience what life is like for those running the hotel, but also what it’s like to spend your money and time on a beautiful vacation. The series broadcast premiere is June 19, and WTIU PBS Passport members can binge the full 6-episode series that night.

The Danish show is an entertaining look at the relationships and lives of rich vacationers and hardworking staff at a North Sea resort.
