This week on a special holiday edition of Artworks, in what is sure to be a new holiday tradition, Joss Marsh will read “O’Brien’s First Christmas.” This short story from author Jeannette Winterson tells the tale of a woman who has always felt like an outsider during the holiday season… until a stranger appears one night at the foot of her bed.
And in the second half of our show, we’ll hear from local jazz musician Monika Herzig who talks to WFIU’s David Brent Johnson about her new holiday CD, Peace on Earth.
You won’t want to miss the yuletide cheer, on this week’s Artworks.
