Julie Rooney, director of the Low Road Gallery in Greencastle, a re-purposed shoe store that’s playing host to an exhibition of works by contemporary Indiana artists, proving that not only is modern art being made by our neighbors, but folks in small-town Indiana are hungry to experience it.
