A recent survey shows that although times are tough and wallets are tightening, consumers are still dedicated to purchasing organic foods.
An impressive 87 percent of people polled reported that they were unwilling to stop buying organics, while 55 percent said they would not stop doing healthy activities such as eating natural and organic products, taking vitamins and supplements, and purchasing other "green" environmentally friendly products.
Moreover, the good news is that these changes seem to be long term, as over 52 percent say they'll continue these purchase habits no matter what, while 32 percent said they "may" do that.
