Native American Community Center of Bloomington

The Native American Community Center is a nonprofit serving the American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian community of southern Indiana.

“We’re many different nations that have many different languages, different cultures, different ceremonies. We’re a contemporary people just like everybody else.”

The Native American Community Center of Bloomington is a nonprofit serving the American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian community of southern Indiana. The Center’s mission includes promoting cultural survival among indigenous people in Bloomington, Indiana and surrounding areas. The Native American Community Center also educates the general public about American Indians through outreach programs, presentations, and free public programs. The NACC hosts weekly craft nights, community clean up days, and film screenings.
