Governor Daniels Announces New Appointments to the Commission on Higher Education

    Governor Mitch Daniels made several appointments and reappointments to Indiana’s top higher education agency. Sherry Laboratories Holdings LLC CEO Chris LaMothe joins the The Indiana Commission for Higher Education. His company owns laboratory facilities in 10-states including Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma which are used to provide testing services for the nuclear, petrochemical, and aerospace industries.

    Jud Smith, George Rehnquist, and Carol D’Amico will all continue to serve their respective congressional districts.

    The Commission for Higher Education is the government body charged with monitoring a variety public university activities including budget request and program changes.
