Teaching About September 11th, A Decade Later (REPOST) – Last year, reporter Ben Skirvin paused to speak to a two Indiana teachers about how they remember the September 11 attacks and how they teach the event to very young children. On a related note, I thought this Pew survey was particularly revealing: Nearly everyone remembers where they were when the World Trade Center towers were hit — only JFK’s assassination has left as indelible an imprint on the American psyche, the numbers show.
