WRTV: Franklin Township Busing Lawsuit Adds A Defendant, Could Slow Legal Process

    Central Indiana Educational Service Center, the state-established non-profit currently contracted to bus Franklin Township’s students to school, is now a part of a lawsuit over the monthly fees they charge:

    Attorneys said the decision to add CIESC to the lawsuit may delay its movement, but they thought the nonprofit group should be included.
