At Current Rate, U.S. Won't Graduate Enough Students To Remain Economically Viable

    A new report from the College Board reveals we’re not on the right track. In 2009, the College Board’s Commission on Access, Admissions and Success in Higher Education set a goal: 55 percent of 25-34-year olds would earn at least an associate’s degree by 2025. But the group’s annual check-in shows we’re not making enough progress year-to-year to get there. According to the College Completion Agenda 2011 Report, only 41.1 percent of 25-34-year-olds have earned an associate’s degree or higher as of this year.
