State Superintendent Glenda Ritz says she doesn't use Twitter.

Glenda Ritz says she’s ‘never twittered’ – “State Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz was widely praised for skillful use of social media during a campaign last fall that shocked many when it dethroned her predecessor Tony Bennett.
