City-County Council committee signs off on 3 new charter schools – “The Community Affairs Committee signed off on charters for Tindley Summit, Tindley Genesis and Tindley Odyssey that were grouped into a single proposal. All three Eastside schools would be run by EdPower, an Indianapolis nonprofit group that is the parent company of Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School.
