NWI Times: Bill Restricting School Start Dates Stalls In General Assembly

From The Times of Northwest Indiana:

“The senator sponsoring the bill didn’t call it for a new vote Wednesday, a day after senators split 25-25 on the proposal. Sen. Mike Delph of Carmel says he made that decision because a senator who supported the bill was absent and that he would try to have the provision revived later in the legislative session.”
