Sustainable business practices seek to minimize their environmental footprint. But they're beginning to leave an economic footprint in Indiana. The nation's largest geothermal heating and cooling system is being built in Muncie, moving many workers toward "green-collar" jobs. But What turns a white-collar or blue-collar job into a "green-collar" job?
