Court Rules Indiana Cannot Defund Planned Parenthood

Indiana passed a law in 2011 that prevented facilities that provide abortions from receiving state funding. Last week, a U.S. appeals court ruled Indiana cannot withhold state funds from organizations like Planned Parenthood.
