NPR launches new jazz multimedia site

NPR has launched a new multimedia jazz and blues page as part of a larger new musical site. The site offers content produced by NPR and a number of contributing stations, including interviews, reviews, blogs, podcasts, and streaming music. A first glance reveals a wealth of archived programs

(such as the Basic Jazz Record Library series), profiles, and musical performances... definitely a place where a jazz fan could kill some time online. Nice to see NPR putting up such material, particularly when they've been perceived (and to some extent, rightfully so) as moving away from music programming in recent years.
