With temperatures still below zero and not rising until tomorrow, many counties in central Indiana are still enforcing travel advisories. INDOT says the lingering snowpack on Indiana roads will stay until temperatures warm Wednesday because salt doesn't work when temperatures are below 20 degrees. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security issued travel advisories for most counties in Indiana.

Monroe County has been downgraded to a travel advisory, meaning the roads are safe for normal use but Indiana Department of Homeland Security urges drivers to still be careful.
