The USDA has approved eight more counties for a secretarial disaster declaration, after heavy rains this summer washed out crops throughout the state.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has designated all 92 Indiana counties as disaster areas.
Farmers in 55 of the state's 92 counties now have access to some form of relief from the federal government.
