State superintendent Glenda Ritz says the state is seeking $4 million in damages from the state’s former testing vendor.
The deadline for parents to request a re-score on their child's 2015 ISTEP+ test closes tonight, despite many parents facing technology issues with scores.
The Indiana Department of Education says the decision to resume testing was made based upon assurances made by the company which administers the test.
The testing period for students taking the test online will be extended by three days.
