Charging device for electric vehicles.
The City of Bloomington announced Tuesday that two public electric vehicle charging stations have been installed downtown and are available for use. The stations are located in Garage Market and Garage Band.
The City of Bloomington and Duke Energy are collaborating with the two-year pilot project. Users of the parking spaces will be required to pay the standard parking fee and an additional $0.50 per hour for use of the charging station.
