The Marching Hundred are waiting to hear from Madonna on whether she would like them to be part of her act.

Indiana University music band director David Woodley will make his mark on the upcoming Super Bowl. The Marching Hundred will be part of the big half show entertainment during Super Bowl 2012 in Indy.

“The producer of the Super Bowl festivities,” he said, “called about a week ago and gave me some brief details and asked if we‘d be interested and I assumed that our band members would enjoy this opportunity”

Woodley says he didn‘t hesitate to say “yes,” a move which went over very well with the band. He says they‘re waiting to hear from Madonna about whether or not she‘d like the band to be part of her half show performance.

Woodley says during drill formations they plan to play one of their specialties, “Sing, Sing Sing” during the big show.
