IU Graduate Represents Actors From Anti-Muslim Film

Grace Ayers is a criminal defense attorney with Spiga and Associates.

A Los Angeles attorney representing three actors in the anti-Muslim film that has gone viral on Youtube, is originally from Indiana.

Attorney Grace Ayers is a graduate of Indiana University and North Central High School in Indianapolis. Ayers says her clients were duped into performing in the film, titled “Innocence of Muslims,” and that they were told that it was a historical desert action-adventure film that had nothing to do with Islam.

She says the actors shot more footage that the 14-minute trailer which has sparked controversy world wide, but there’s no confirmation yet of the extra footage being edited into a full-length film.

“All three of my clients have told me about more that exists other than those 14 minutes. Whether or not that‘s actually been edited into a full film, no one can say,” Ayers says.

On a related note, a judge rejected a request from an actor, not represented by Ayers, to repeal the video from Youtube.
