Mayor Goodnight says a plan to create an international residence hall for 18 Kokomo-Center Schools students is more than just an educational effort.

Mayor Goodnight says he won’t have any fireworks to enjoy during Independence Day celebrations, but will enjoy the return of the Haynes Apperson festival and its music.

Also, how the creation of an international student dormitory by Kokomo-Center Schools might translate to long-term economic development for the city.
