Well I retired at the first of the year, so after 13 years of living in a very old house with a yard that really has needed help for 13 years, I finally have the time to garden. So, I've been going nuts.
That's Julia Karr, a volunteer at the Generations Gardening Together event at the Monroe County Public Library. Several seniors were helping children plant herbs and make seed bombs. We were there collecting folks' gardening stories.
