Positive Link is a care coordination site for people who are living with HIV/AIDS serving seven counties in south central Indiana: Bartholomew, Brown, Greene, Johnson, Lawrence, Monroe and Owen. Positive Link’s focus is HIV testing, extensive care coordination for those living with HIV/AIDS, and a community resource regarding HIV/AIDS education and awareness. Positive Link provides a single point of access for the medical, financial, psychosocial, nutritional/wellness and educational programs that address the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones. Positive Link also offers services such as support for families, transportation assistance, legal advocacy and referrals, assistance with applications for medical insurance and income assistance programs, and substance abuse prevention.
