The wonderful images of Columbus, Indiana used throughout this web site were photographed by Balthazar Korab. This Hungarian-born photographer and long-time friend of Columbus was trained as an architect in Budapest and graduated from the Paris Beaux Arts. He has worked with many architects around the world and has photographed Columbus for over 40 years, publishing a book titled Columbus, Indiana: An American Landmark. He is interviewed in Columbus, Indiana: Different by Design.
