[display_podcast]

Episode 35 - Meeting The Technical Director

On this week's episode, we get to meet the Technical Director of the Cinema, Manny Knowles and talk to him about the state of theater projection across the country as well as the specific equipment in the Cinema.

It was great finally getting to have Manny on the podcast. He's the last of the full-time Cinema staff to join us on the podcast, and he was a great guest and extremely knowledgeable.

This is our first episode posted here on wfiu.org, and we'd like to thank David Wood for making all of this happen.

For those new to the show, welcome to ... a place for film, the IU Cinema Podcast. Join us as Andy and Jason talk movies, and happenings at the Cinema with various film related guests.

The IU Cinema is a world-class facility and program that is dedicated to the scholarly study and highest standards of exhibition of film in its traditional and modern forms. This will become one of the best public screening rooms in the country! The IU Cinema is ...a place for film.
