WFIU-WTIU Newsroom Takes Home 17 SPJ Awards

Accolades for professional and student on-air and online work.

The units of IU’s Radio-Television Services, including WFIU Public Radio and WTIU Television, received 17 awards, including six first-place finishes, at the Indiana chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists’ Best in Indiana Journalism competition.

Winners were honored at the 34th Annual Awards Banquet at the Indianapolis Marriott North Hotel on April 19, 2013.
