HoosierEd: Could Property Tax Cap Relief For Hardest-Hit Districts Be On The Way?

    The Franklin Township Community School Corporation might be able to restore free transportation by the start of the next school year. Language pending in the General Assembly would allow school districts that have been hit hardest by the property tax caps to refinance their debt and direct the cash savings to services such as transportation.
