James F. Collins is senior associate and director of the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He was also U.S. ambassador to the Russian Federation from 1997 to 2001. Naomi F. Collins is a consultant to cultural and higher education organizations and has served as Executive Director of the Maryland Humanities Council and of NAFSA: Association of International Educators. Owen Johnson is the host.
After 21 years of reporting for Time magazine, Strobe Talbott is now the president of the Brookings Institution. He has also served as special advisor to the Secretary of State and later as deputy secretary of state.
