A media executive and journalist with more than 20 years experience in the industry, Vivian Schiller joined NPR as President and CEO on January 5, 2009.
After graduating from Indiana University in 1954, Bob Shanks became a TV producer and writer. In his long career at ABC, Shanks was awarded with two Emmys. As an executive at ABC, he created and produced “Good Morning America” and “20/20″.
