Sports Commentator Dick Enberg

CBS Sports Commentator Dick Enberg sits down with Profiles for an interview about his career.

After twenty-five years with NBC-TV Sports, where he began in 1975 as the play-by-play man on college basketball, Emmy winning sports commentator Dick Enberg joined CBS Sports in January 2000. At CBS he serves as a play-by-play announcer for The NFL on CBS, college basketball, and the U.S. Open Tennis Championships. There is no doubt that Dick Enberg is “the voice” of sportscasting. Bob Willard speaks with this Indiana University graduate, and former IU Sports Network personality, in an hour-long interview.
