Pianist Jeannette Koekkoek performs worldwide as a soloist and chamber musician. She has performed in the Far East, South America and Europe, and with ensembles such as the Fine Arts Quartet and The Florida Philharmonic String Ensemble.

Koekkoek established the Koekkoek-Schatborn Duo which won the annual prize of the Concertgebouw Orchestra in 1988. She is also a founding member of the Netherlands Piano Quartet and of the Sagee Piano Trio.

A devoted pedagogue, Koekkoek teaches piano and chamber music from her studio in Tuscany, Italy, where she partially resides. She has been a faculty member of the Indiana University String Academy since 1990.
