I was hooked. I knew this is what I wanted to do. I wanted to coach. I wanted to have a positive impact and be a positive role model for young adult women.

Curt Miller came to Bloomington from Bowling Green State University, where he served as head coach for the last eleven seasons, compiling a 258–92 record including 135–41 in the Mid-American Conference.

He was named MAC Coach of the Year six times, and won the conference regular season title eight straight times. His best season came in 2006 when he led the Falcons to a 31–4 mark, including a sweet sixteen appearance in the NCAA tournament.

During his three seasons as assistant coach at Colorado State, Miller helped the school to an 81–20 overall record.
