IU Assistant Athletic Director Chuck Crabb, who is best known for his work as public address announcer for IU Athletics, sits down for an interview.

As IU Assistant Athletic Director, Chuck Crabb is responsible for overseeing the daily facilities maintenance, scheduling, and summer camps, and assisting with events planning for Indiana’s 24 intercollegiate varsity sports. Crabb is perhaps best known for his 29 years as public address announcer for Indiana University Athletics. He served as stadium announcer for World Cup ’94 men’s soccer matches and World Cup 1999 women’s soccer matches played in Chicago’s Soldier Field, eleven U.S. Olympic Festival track & field meets, and numerous Big Ten Conference and NCAA Championships in various sports.
