James J. Pellerite is a former Professor at Indiana University and and an impassioned flutist. His goal is to promote the status of the Northern Plains flute. Peter Jacobi conducted the interview.
Lewis Ricci is executive director of the Indiana Arts Council. Previously he was the director of the University of Idaho’s International Jazz Collections at the Lionel Hampton Center, and served on the adjunct faculty of that university.
One of the world’s most accomplished players of the Irish flute, Grey Larsen also composes, produces, teaches, and is the the author of two books. Larsen spoke with WFIU’s Yaël Ksander.
