Feisal al-Istrabadi

This week on “Noon Edition,” we welcome Feisal al-Istrabadi. He was the Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations from 2004 until this year. Istrabadi is now a visiting professor at the Indiana University School of Law, the School of Public and Environmental Affairs and the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures.
