The Indiana State Fair starts Friday. New state regulations require inspections of temporary outdoor stages and equipment.

The Indiana State Fair begins Friday, and many county fairs around the state are in full swing. In May 2012, the legislature passed new requirements for stage and equipment inspections, and on this week’s Noon Edition we’ll check in with legislators and state and county fair representatives about how those new regulations are being implemented.

Join us Friday at 12 p.m. with your questions for our guests as they talk about this year’s state and county fairs. Visit this site to be part of our live chat, follow us on Twitter @NoonEdition, or join us on the air by calling in at 812-855-0811 or 1-877-285-WFIU.
