Getting in shape is a common New Year's resolution. The Monroe County YMCA sees increases in fitness participation after the new year.

This week on Noon Edition we’ll be talking about New Year’s resolutions.

We’ll have a panel of food, health, and travel experts ready to discuss different ways to make sustainable changes in the New Year.

Let us know if you plan to make a resolution and share what you think about the New Year’s tradition.

Tweet, Facebook, or email (noon@indiana.edu) us your resolutions before Friday and we’ll use them in the program.

You can join us during the program on our live chat at WFIU.ORG/NoonEdition, follow us on Twitter at Noon Edition or call into the program at 812-855-0811, or toll-free at 1-877-285-WFIU (9348).

Noon Edition airs Friday at 12 p.m.
